2. Information We Collect
The App collects the following information solely to operate the “Hakodate Feel” instrumental music project on the Company’s own social media accounts:
- Facebook User ID and basic profile data when the Company’s administrator logs in
- Information about Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts owned by the Company (Hakodate Feel JP, Hakodate Feel TW, Hakodate Feel en)
- OAuth 2.0 access tokens for the above accounts
- Post content uploaded by the Company (images, captions, hashtags)
The App does NOT collect or process data from end users (followers, viewers, or any third party). Only the Company’s own administrator account is used.
3. Purpose of Use
Information collected is used solely for:
- Automated daily posting to the Company’s own Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts
- Multi-language content distribution (Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese)
- Post scheduling and management
- Internal analytics on the Company’s own posts to improve the Hakodate Feel brand
4. Third-Party Disclosure
The Company does NOT share any information collected with third parties, except:
- When required by Japanese law
- With Meta Platforms, Inc. as part of the technical operation of Facebook/Instagram APIs
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- OAuth access tokens: Retained for up to 60 days (per Meta’s token expiration policy), refreshed as needed
- Post history and analytics data: Retained for up to 1 year
- All data is deleted immediately upon the Company’s request
6. Data Deletion Request
Since this App is operated solely for the Company’s own use, no end-user data deletion mechanism is required. However, the Company itself can revoke all access tokens at any time via the Facebook app settings.

- 当社所有の Facebook Page および Instagram Business Account への自動投稿
- 多言語コンテンツ配信 (日本語、英語、繁体字)
- 投稿スケジュール管理
- 当社所有の投稿に関する内部分析 (Hakodate Feel ブランド改善のため)
4. 第三者への提供
当社は、本人の同意なく取得した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし以下の場合を除きます:
- 日本国の法令に基づく場合
- Facebook / Instagram API の技術的運用に関連して Meta Platforms, Inc. と共有する場合
5. データの保存期間と削除
- OAuth アクセストークン: 最大 60 日間 (Meta のトークン有効期限に準拠)、必要に応じてリフレッシュ
- 投稿履歴・分析データ: 最大 1 年間
- 当社の要請があれば即座に全データを削除
6. データ削除の要請
本アプリは当社自身のための運用ツールであるため、エンドユーザー向けのデータ削除メカニズムは設けていません。当社自身は Facebook のアプリ設定からいつでもすべてのアクセストークンを取り消すことが可能です。
